**ArtOutrageous – Digital Products**

**Last updated: 30 October 2026**

ArtOutrageous sells downloadable digital artwork and creative design files. No physical products are supplied or shipped.

### Digital Downloads and Cancellation Rights

Under UK consumer law, customers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase.

For digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium, this cancellation right can be lost once downloading begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right, and received the legally required confirmation.

If these requirements have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights may still apply.

### Refunds

We do not normally offer refunds, returns or exchanges for digital products once downloading has begun and the cancellation right has been validly lost.

This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, incomplete or not as described.

### Problems With Your Download

If a file is corrupted, missing, faulty or not as described, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem.

We will investigate and seek to resolve the issue. Where required by UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

### Accidental Purchases and Change of Mind

Please check product descriptions and file formats carefully before purchasing.

If you change your mind or purchase an item accidentally, your cancellation rights will depend on whether downloading has begun and whether the legal requirements for losing those rights have been met.

### Digital Delivery

Products are supplied electronically through downloadable files or download links. No physical items are posted, and no return postage is required.
