A beautifully nostalgic collection of snowy winter keepsakes created in a delicate storybook watercolour style, filled with the quiet charm of an old illustrated Christmas card. This coordinated set features a gentle winter hare, young deer, curled fox, two tiny mice, snow-covered cottage, antique wooden sled with parcel, old country church, decorated woodland Christmas tree, glowing vintage lantern and a nostalgic winter keepsake scene. Soft ivory and smoky blue-grey washes mingle with wandering pencil marks, delicate winter branches, faded handwritten details, dusty cranberry berries and subtle watercolour drips, giving every illustration a wonderfully aged and handmade character. Gentle snow, muted colours and small touches of warmth bring the collection together while each image retains its own distinctive personality. An atmospheric Christmas and winter collection with a graceful, slightly wistful feel, perfect for anyone who loves vintage illustration, woodland charm and quieter old-fashioned festive imagery.
